Patrolman James Colligan

Patrolman Colligan started his career working part time for the Aldan Police Department in 1995. A graduate of Delaware County Police Academy, he was made full time in January 2005. Patrolman Colligan is a member of the Pennsylvania Juvenile Officers Association. He is a Field Training Officer (FTO).
He is trained in both lifting and comparing fingerprints and has attended the FBI Intercounty detective School for criminal investigations. Along with patrol duties,
he is currently the criminal investigator for the Police Department.

Delaware County Hero Bowl 2012 will be held at Widener University on May 31, 2012 at 7PM.There is a $5.00 admission fee and all proceeds benefit the Hero Scholarship Fund which helps provide scholarships to the children of Police Officers, Firefighters, and EMS workers who have given their lives in the line of duty


The Annual Sheriff's Reserve Unit 5K Run, Walk, Car Show and Flea Market will take place on Sunday, June 10, 2012 ( starting at 9:05 AM) at the Main Campus ( Marple Township) of the Delaware County Community College. Proceeds provide College assistance to residents of Delaware County who might not otherwise have access to this type of support.
